confused!!

ok so i'm WAY confused... up there ^ like way up there, it says 'first ever blog!!' right??
i think i made that when i first wrote a post because i thought i was making the title... how do i change it??? help!!

    Hehe, you go to layout and where it says ''header'' you can name your blog. on each individual post you can put a seperate title.
